Introduction
Skid conveyor is a powerful conveyor used for flexible automated production lines on the ground. The main components are skids, powered roller beds, chain conveyors, cross line beds, and lifting tables, etc. The heavy duty skid conveyor is a new product developed by our company. The load capacity of heavy duty skid conveyor can reach up to 20 tons per workstation.
Features
1、It’s easy to achieve the material transferring between fast lines and slow lines, particularly to achieve the material transferring from one slow line to another. This system has proven to be very convenient and reliable.
2、Because of the following features such as: transferring between the conveyor lines, right angle turns, vertical lifting and horizontal rotation, it is easy to arrange the skid conveyor layout with great flexibility. Additionally, it takes up little space, and is highly adaptable.
3、Car bodies or other goods are able to accumulate on the production line in a designed distance. In the spray booth, all sides of the goods, including top and bottom, are fully accessible to the paint spray gun.
4、The skid conveyor can withstand high temperatures in the drying oven, so a high paint quality can be achieved.
5、It can be assembled into a larger conveyor system with other conveyors and automatic guided vehicles.
